Billing page and revamped invoice details page

Another milestone for the new Reepay Admin! Version 0.9.0 is released which includes several new pages and many improvements 🚀

First of all, we have a brand new Billing page, which can be found under the new Settings menu item together with Account, Team, and Application. Here you will be able to adjust your billing details under contact information and organisation information. You also have the option to change your plan, add a payment method and see previous invoices. See the screenshot below.

Second, we have revamped the invoice details page with more information and better structure. You have the option to settle and refund by order lines as well as see payment sessions, timelines, and more customer information.

Payment methods page and new customizable columns

Wuhu! Version 0.8.0 is released and we have finalized our new Payment Methods page. In the old admin, this page is called Acquiring. Our new Payment Methods page has received a huge redesign, which makes it easier to set up new payment methods. Our guides at https://help.reepay.com/en/knowledge will be updated as soon as possible.

In addition to the new Payment Methods page, we have a new feature for you. Many of you have asked to rearrange the columns in our different listview and that is now possible with our customizable columns. Head into your account and try it out under either customers or invoices.

New customer section

As you know we are working hard on the migration from the old admin to the new admin (app.reepay.com) and we just finalized the customer section, which many of you have asked about. You are now able to see:

  • List of customers, search for customers, and filter customers
  • Individual customers, create customers, and change customers
  • Customer payment methods, disable and enable payment methods, verify payment methods, and delete payment methods
  • Customer save card sessions, and event lists
  • Customer invoices
  • Customer timeline

Also, we have:

  • Fixed automatic authentication on last used account
  • Added separate labels for the address input in the customer form
  • Added label to form fields that specify the format type
  • Added JSON format label to form fields that use JSON formatting
  • Changed generate handle toggle from customer form to enabled by default

New dashboard and 2FA

As you may know, we are working hard to develop our new dashboard. Today we have taken an important step and made it easy to switch between the old and new dashboard. You can see this option in the bottom left corner.

In addition, we have also made the new dashboard multilingual, which allow you to change the language of the new admin. You can now choose between English, Danish, German, Norwegian, Polish and Romanian.

Finally, we have increased the security of the dashboard with 2-factor authentication at login. 2-factor authentication can be configured under User Settings, which you will find under your user in the upper right corner.

Google Pay

Reepay now supports Google Pay.

Google Pay offers a frictionless payment experience on Android devices where cards have been added in the Google Pay wallet and a supported browser, e.g. Chrome, is used. Google Pay can be activated in the Reepay Administration and only requires a card acquiring agreement supporting Google Pay (Reepay, Nets, Clearhaus, Swedbank and Bambora).

Intelligent Routing

Reepay's Intelligent Routing makes it possible for you to minimize your acquiring costs. You may have one acquirer agreement with low prices for domestic cards while another agreement gives you lower prices for international cards. By using Reepay Intelligent Routing the payment is automatically routed to the acquirer with the lowest cost. The Intelligent Routing is based on our new Fee Configuration, where you easily can configure your acquiring fees.
